Finally - we visit Bear Run!

It was a cold day....but we warmed up to a great experience! Students presented their research to Josh Phillips and his entourage of guests at the Office of Bear Run Mine. Ranging from the formation of coal, tot he uses of coal, to the mining of coal and more, each student shared their power point. Our challenge was to help solve the problem of climbing up and down on large trucks and equipment. Then, we boarded the bus for the full tour of the working mine. What a great experience!
